5 Lessons for an AI Business

Everyone is planning to build an AI-based business, but what it really takes to build one is rarely explained. Here I share my five main learnings while building the company ReThynk from scratch, translated and adapted for those who want to bring AI to real and scalable products.

Lesson 1 - Focus on value before technology: AI is not an end in itself. At ReThynk we learned that you must first identify the customer's problem, design a minimum viable solution, and then apply artificial intelligence models to amplify that value.
