What is Managed Hosting & Deployment?

Managed hosting is the service where we make sure your app is available, fast, secure, and up-to-date, so your team can focus on the product and the business instead of the infrastructure. At Q2BSTUDIO we offer managed hosting on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services for corporate websites, online stores, SaaS platforms, APIs and any web application.

The service includes the initial configuration of the environment: server or container sized for your upload, automatically renewed SSL certificates, domain configured with DNS, CDN for static content distribution, CI/CD pipelines so that each deployment is automatic and traceable, and staging environment to test changes before taking them to production.

Monitoring covers availability, performance, resource usage, application errors, and response times. We set up alerts so that the operations team is notified before an issue affects users. When an incident is detected, the team intervenes according to the agreed service level.

Backups are configured with the appropriate frequency and retention for each case: databases with daily backup and configurable retention, files and assets with replication, and periodically tested restore plan. It's not just about making a backup, but about knowing that it can be restored when needed.

Scaling is managed based on the nature of the application: scaling up to increase server resources, scaling out with replicas and load balancing for applications that support it, and autoscaling based on load metrics to absorb traffic spikes without manual intervention.

Updates to the operating system, runtime, dependencies, and security patches are applied in a scheduled and controlled manner, with validation in staging before production. We keep dependencies up to date to reduce the attack surface without breaking the application.

Technical support includes troubleshooting infrastructure incidents, assistance with deployments, configuration of new domains or certificates, performance tuning, and operation consultations. The service level is defined in the hosting agreement: response time, maintenance windows, and communication channels.

Not all projects need the same level of hosting: an informational website has different requirements than a SaaS platform with hundreds of concurrent users. We offer plans adapted to the volume, criticality and budget of each client.

We provide access to monitoring dashboards, periodic availability and performance reports, and documentation of the configuration of the environment.
