ONLINE MARKETING AND AI

Measure what matters: digital analytics at the service of business decisions

GA4, GTM, consent mode, conversions, dashboards, and attribution connected to business — not just vanity metrics.

What is Analytics and measurement?

Digital analytics is the nervous system of online marketing: without reliable measurement, you can't know what's working, what to scale, what to fix, or what to discard. At Q2BSTUDIO we implement, configure and maintain the measurement infrastructure that connects all the hub channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, GEO/AEO, email and CRO) with business results: leads, opportunities, sales and return.

The service starts by defining a clear measurement plan: which user actions represent business value, how they are captured, with what consent, where they are stored, and how they connect with the CRM or sales system. It is not a matter of measuring everything, but of measuring what allows better decisions to be made. Each KPI has a definition, source, attribution window and quality criteria.

We implemented GA4 as a web analytics platform, with custom events, parameters, audiences, and conversions configured according to the business model. GTM (Google Tag Manager) manages the deployment of tags with version control, environments, and conditional activation. Consent mode (v2) is implemented to respect privacy preferences without losing all signal: data modeling, enhanced conversions, and advanced consent banner settings.

Conversion measurement connects advertising channels to the actual result. We import conversions from CRM (gclid, fbclid, UTM parameters), set up CAPI for Meta, enhanced conversions for Google, and offline events when the sales cycle is long. Attribution is a model, not an absolute truth: we define consistent conventions (last click, data-driven, mixed models) and apply them transparently so that each channel receives proportional credit and investment decisions are based on fair comparisons.

Dashboards present information in an actionable way: we don't accumulate charts that no one reviews. We design panels with defined review frequency, leading indicators (which anticipate results) and lagging (which confirm results), segmentation by channel/campaign/audience and drilldown when it is necessary to investigate. We use Looker Studio, Power BI, or other tools depending on the client's ecosystem.

Ongoing maintenance is critical: platforms change (GA4 evolves, browsers restrict cookies, consent banners are updated, channels modify APIs). We regularly audit data quality: duplicate events, inflated conversions, discrepancies between sources, broken tags, and configurations that drift over time. An analysis that is not maintained degrades to the point of being irrelevant.

We integrate analytics with all the services in the hub: each channel (Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, GEO, email, CRO) has access to comparative performance data, transparent attribution and quality signals that feed back into optimization. Analytics isn't a final report – it's the infrastructure that allows marketing to improve with each cycle.

We do not promise accurate predictions or perfect attribution. All digital measurement has limitations (consent, cross-device, latency, modeling). What we are committing to is a coherent, maintained, and business-connected infrastructure — good enough for investment decisions to be based on evidence, not intuition.
