What is Tailor-made in-company training?

Not all training needs fit into a catalog course. Sometimes the team needs a specific combination of topics, an approach focused on their actual project, an intermediate level between two standard courses, or training on a technology or framework that is not in the catalog. Tailor-made in-company training solves exactly that.

At Q2BSTUDIO we design completely customized training programs for companies. The process starts with a discovery: we understand the team (profiles, level, experience), the context (stack, project, architecture), the objective (what they must be able to do when they finish that they can't do today) and the constraints (time, availability, budget). With this information we design a tailor-made program.

The syllabus is built by combining modules from our catalog (web fundamentals, React, backend, SQL, Git, AI, security, n8n, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry) with custom content that is developed for the client: exercises on their code, analysis of their architecture, specific patterns of their framework, specific migrations they need to do, or technologies that we master but are not in the catalog (Vue, Angular, Flutter, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.).

The formats are adapted: face-to-face or online sessions, intensive (full week) or distributed (2h/week for months), one-off half-day workshops or long programs with evaluation and monitoring. We also offer continuous mentoring: access to a senior reference to resolve day-to-day doubts for a defined period.

Each program includes: detailed syllabus, reference materials, progressive exercises (preferably on the real project of the team), evaluation of achievement if desired, certificate of attendance and post-training follow-up to resolve doubts about application.

The result is that the team improves at exactly what they need, at the pace they can absorb and with direct relevance to their daily work. It's not generic training: it's investment in specific skills that the team will apply the next day.
