TRAINING FOR COMPANIES
Automate integrations and flows with n8n without relying on development
n8n training: the open-source visual automation tool that connects your applications, APIs, and data without writing complex code.
What is Automation with n8n (low-code)?
n8n is an open-source visual automation platform that allows you to connect applications, APIs, and data through low-code flows. Unlike closed alternatives, n8n is self-hosted, extensible with code when needed, hundreds of native connectors, and an active community. At Q2BSTUDIO we form teams at n8n so that they can automate integrations and flows autonomously.
The course covers: installation and configuration (cloud or self-hosted), interface and concepts (nodes, connections, triggers, expressions), core connectors (HTTP, webhook, CRM, email, databases, storage, APIs), flow logic (conditionals, loops, merge, split, error handling), credentials and security, execution and monitoring, and advanced patterns (sub-workflows, custom code with Function nodes, integration with AI).
The training is practical: participants build real flows during the course. Typical examples: synchronizing data between CRM and ERP, processing forms and creating records, notifying Slack/Teams of events, enriching leads with external data, generating documents from templates, and connecting tools that do not have native integration.
N8N is especially powerful for: Tech-adjacent teams that know what they want to automate but don't want to rely on development for every integration; developers who want to prototype quickly and then decide whether to keep on N8n or migrate to code; and organizations that need self-hosted automation (sensitive data, compliance, full control).
We also cover when n8n is NOT the best option: flows with critical sub-second latency, extreme volumes (millions of executions/hour), very complex logic that is more maintainable in code, or when the organization is already invested in Power Automate or Make and does not justify changing.
Upon completion, the team can design, build, and maintain automation flows with n8n autonomously. We deliver frequent flow templates, good practice guide and post-course follow-up.
