PROCESS AUTOMATION

Automation and business apps with the Microsoft ecosystem

Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio with governance, security, and professional architecture — not just with fast demos.

What is Microsoft Power Platform?

Microsoft Power Platform is Microsoft's low-code ecosystem that integrates Power Apps (business apps), Power Automate (flows and RPA), Power BI (analytics), and Copilot Studio (conversational agents). At Q2BSTUDIO we implement professional solutions with Power Platform for companies that already use Microsoft 365, Azure or Dynamics and want to leverage their investment with automations, internal applications and analytics without from-scratch development.

The advantage of Power Platform is the native integration with the entire Microsoft ecosystem: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Azure, Dataverse and hundreds of connectors. This allows you to build solutions that operate within the environment employees already know, with single sign-on, built-in permissions, and no adoption friction. But this advantage only materializes if the implementation has professional governance, architecture, and security.

Many organizations adopt Power Platform organically (citizen development) and end up with dozens of apps and flows that are undocumented, without testing, without proper access control, and without visibility. Our work includes both the creation of new solutions and the governance and professionalization of existing ones: inventory, security auditing, definition of environments, DLP, ALM and development standards.

We implement model-driven Power Apps and canvas for typical use cases: request management, approvals, inventories, work reports, complex forms, and portals. Power Automate for business flows, multi-level approvals, third-party integrations, and RPA with Power Automate Desktop. Power BI embedded or standalone for dashboards and KPIs. And Copilot Studio for conversational agents connected to corporate data.

Each solution is deployed with professional architecture: separate environments (dev/test/prod), solution packaging, versioning, automated testing, functional and technical documentation, and maintenance plan. We don't deliver quick demos that break when you scale—we build maintainable, governed, and managed lifecycle solutions.

The service scales to different levels of maturity: from companies that need their first business app on Power Platform, to organizations with hundreds of flows and apps that need governance, consolidation, and professionalization. We also train the internal team (see Training Hub) so that they can maintain and evolve the solutions with responsible autonomy.
